I have never in my life been thin, and I have never in my life succeeded in losing weight. It seems like my entire life I have tried and failed innumerable times to stick to a healthy weight loss plan.

Hour 36 of Juice Fast
Starting weight: 94kg/207lb
I have officially gone a day and a half of the proposed 3-day juice fast I am currently undertaking. It’s been great so far - used our brand new juicer to make some surprisingly deliciously vegetable and fruit juices, survived a quiz night with the best looking desserts, not felt too hungry, and am generally feeling great about this and vow to repeat it when I get back to school. Perhaps every month?
Anyone else tried a juice or other kind of fast? I’m doing it for the detox more than the weight loss, because I’m terrified of coming off of it and gaining a ton of weight if I stuff my face with the food I’ve been missing out on. That easing back into normal eating is going to be harder than the fast itself I think.
